Fall & Winter Trainings
The fees are per session (6 Weeks). Space is limited. Registration and payment are needed to reserve your spot along with signed waiver. Contact us with any questions. We will open second session in December for registration
PROGRAMS AVAILABLE:
Hitting Program (8 Athletes Maximum, Ages Freshman to Senior Unless Previously Enrolled) Hitting will occur twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30. All hitting sessions will be done in pairs. There will be a half-hour warm up/training and a half-hour cage session with instruction twice a week. 12 Trainings Per Session.
Throwing Strength and Recovery Program (10 Athletes Maximum, Ages 8th Grade to Senior) Throwing will occur twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for East Valley High School athletes from 2:45-3:30 and for everyone else from 3:30-4:30. The Fall sessions will emphasize strength development in shoulders, legs and core areas along with a focus on plyoball training. The Winter sessions will increase the throwing workload (thus why the fall strength session is so important). We will throw plyoballs, weighted baseball and there will be time for individual bullpens. Recovery drills are also emphasized and implemented in both sessions. The primary goal is to increase strength and velocity in throwing while decreasing the chance of injury through strength training. 12 Trainings Per Session.
Little League Group Circuit (8 Athletes Maximum - 8-12 Year Olds) Wednesdays 4:00-5:00. Circuit of instruction for these guys will include hitting, fielding, throwing, for approximately 20 minutes each. 6 Trainings Per Session.
Discount: Hitting and Throwing Combined from 3:30-5:30.
